If you are interested in allowing me access to your work I would like to get an electronic image of your documents. I am happy to scan all of your documents and get them safely back to you. I have no interest in keeping paper copies of things as the goal of this project is to give everyone electronic access.
After registering you will not have immediate access to information on living individuals as I need to go in and manually provide you with access to this feature. This is to add a layer of security.
