Here's what I can remember right now. The original Wm Fowler,s  name is on the memorial wall on the big memorial bridge in Milford. There is also his mill stone (1st on in Conn. at the end of the bridge. Near that is a tall stone that lists the 1st settlers - some Nettlesons, Halls I think. Also in that town is a
community hall with the Fowler name.  Someone in Fairmont said there is a library there with histories of some  of the families that live out here.
In Wallingford there is an old cemetery on the edge of town. Go there! On one of the 1st rises is Henry and Julia(Hall) Martin' stone.  They were married the same year as HH F  & Abigal
and Martin Co. was named after him.   In that same cemetery are Halls, Wades, and  Days I think. Those are all Fairmont names.  In the middle of town is another cemetery surrounded by
a tall old wall.  Abigal,s parents, siblings, and other relatives are buried there. If you're on the main  drag looking toward it, they are close to the front on the left side. All of the stones are white
and fairly tall.  I think at the back in the middle is a circle of Civil War stones.  Osmar Fowler (hh brother) might be there.
In Old Soothbrook  at a corner, owned by an insurance company was a house with a sign on the wall. It said "built by Wm Parker in 193?".  I don't know the address.  I think HH was a silver smith in Middleton also.   All of this is in the book Karna and I have. Do you have a copy, Wade?  I know we also were at a rural cemetery in Durham Co. by Wallingford where we expected to find Fowlers; but the stones were brown stone and illegible.
Check out the congregational church in Wallingford.  It is 330 years old so was there when the parkers lived there.  For awhile Abigal's mother lived with her son in a nearby town.
